As it is, it is difficult enough to obtain information about who a caller represents, and how an "established business relationship" has been established. Most often, the caller and the purpose of their call has nothing to do with the entity they claim the relationship exists with, or the reasons such relationship had been entered. Allowing prerecorded calls gives the consumer no method of obtaining such information unless included in the recording (or of obtaining valid information), as well as not allowing the consumer to inform the caller that they wish to have no further contact from the calling entitity. This is nothing more than allowing automated harassment of consumers.
