To whom it may concern, I currently enjoy very few telemarketing calls. The Do Not Call list is an effective mechanism to limit the unsolicited calls that I previously received. I do not support the proposed amendment to the current Telemarketing Sales Rule. This additional safe harbor will only result in citizens receiving more calls, not less. This change is in direct opposition to the reason for the creation of the Do Not Call list; recieving fewer calls. Amendments that create an oppourtunity for more calls should be considered, but ultimately are counter to the goal of the Do Not Call list and should be rejected on such grounds. Thank you for your time, Ryan Harper
