The proposal to add the loophole to permit pre-recorded messages to Do Not Call listees is ridiculous. The Do Not Call list is one of the best things the government has done for individuals in many years. It is a wonderful idea that was implemented successfully. Unwanted calls have decreased significantly. Do not cave in to special interests at the expense of the millions of people who appreciate the Do Not Call list as it now exists. Thanks, Fred Finn
