This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. It took forever to get this bill passed. The telemarketing people tried to stop it from being passed. Now they want to create a loophole to continue to harass us! Every evening our phone would ring at least 1/2 dozen times during the dinner hour. Now it does not, however during the last several weeks of the election we were bombarded by pollsters for the election in direct violation of the Do Not Call List. Guess what it was during the dinner/ early evening hours! Now someone wants to create this loophole. To me it sounds like collusion. Someone somewhere is getting paid big bucks, behind the scenes in the form of cash payouts or in the form of contributions to bring forward something such as this, This stinks of a payoff in a big way!!! Someone somewhere is on the take and getting paid to try to push this through!
