I am NOT in favor of Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098. I put my name on the national Do Not Call List to avoid annoying phone calls of this type. If I have already established a business relationship with a company they are given contact information to contact me in specific instances. Otherwise I do not wish to be disturbed with random marketing from them or anyone on their behalf or is a parent company, subsidiary or affiliate. The FTC should protect my rights and my wishes not to be disturbed. If I wished to recieve calls of this type I would never have put my name on the DNC list. Such loopholes should not be opened for future abuses by telemarketers.
