to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. This is the worst kind of SPAM! My phone is on the DNC list and all I get are adds, and people selling stuff with no established business relationship.. I feel that they are using some 2nd, 3rd, 4th,or even fifth bsiness relationship to justify calling... I say they must have a direct 1st party business relationship and I must have given them permission to do so... or NADA!!!!
