What would be the added advantage of opening this list to more phone spam? Not only does spam ruin my free time by forcing me to sift through the countless messages on my answering machine, but takes from time with my family around the dinner table, a common time of phone spam. Even opening it to "prior buisness relationships" leaves the law open to any number of loopholes. So please, do what you're payed to do, and protect the better intrests of the American people.
