What part of DO NOT CALL do you jokers not understand. If I am on the DO NOT CALL list, I do NOT want the rules to allow recorded telemessages either. How can your agency even consider making voice recorded messages an exemption? Is there something about working inside the Beltway that affects your brains? What happened to your common sense or did you have to sign it away when you joined?
