This is a horrible idea. I do not want to be bothered by prerecorded messages at home, period. Allowing this will lead me to get rid of my land telephone line, and go with a combination of wireless and voip. Thanks to the FTC for destroying an industry. If this passes, please send me a list of companies that have bought the list -- as I will be organizing a boycott of those organizations, with the aim of driving them out of business.
