Please do not allow this ammendment, as it is the most vile form of telemarketing. I consider any form of telemarketing is a severe annoyance, but at least when dealing with a human caller, I make make it known that I no longer wish to receive phone calls and thus terminate the prospects, or ongoing, of any further business relationship. With a recorded telemarketing message it becomes impossible to verbally terminate any business relationship which under this ammendment, would allow the telemarketers to continue the unwarranted harassment indefinitely. Please do not allow prerecorded telemarketing messages to members of the do not call list.
