Comments:
I oppose the proposed Amendment to the Do Not Call List. I am opposed to allowing organizations to call those on the list with prerecorded messages (or messages of any kind) based on pre-existing relationships. I believe this amendment serves only the businesses involved, and represents a further erosion of the consumer's rights and protections. The Commission should reject the DMA's proposal. Thank you.
