This would be an invitation to intrude upon all Americans privacy. At a time where email spam costs billions of dollars and waste of time eliminating it, allowing another form of waste, telemarketing, would be a national travesty. when we are bombarded with millions of ad every second as Americans, whether watching television or reading our email, we should NOT be forced to listen to more spurious offers.
