I'm sorry to be rude, but NO. I am not inclined to allow telemarketers to bypass the DO-NOT-CALL list. There is a reason it is called a DO-NOT-CALL list, and the reason is the same as the reason I put my phone number on the list. I DO NOT WANT telemarketers calling. I don't care if they SAY that there is a "established business relationship". My method of contact is either e-mail to my yahoo account, or I call them. Do not allow this revision to occur.
