Opening the no-call list for "pre-recorded" spam calls is a failure in the trust placed in the government and the FTC for the no-call list. No-call means just that no-call, not even "exempt" charities. I will not take the bait for any government no-call program now or in the future, we can "deal" with the spammers ourselves - just stay OUT of the way. By even entertaining this proposal you have forever lost any public trust you may have had. I'm disgusted!!! You may as well disband the FTC today. Its a sad day for America and the remenants of its so-called "freedoms".
