This alteration is nothing short of a sell out to business. This was designed to protect the people NOT benefit business. This change will basically allow the flood of phone spam to start anew. Just when I felt the government did the right thing (and should go further and remove the loophole for politicians ) you turn around and allow phone harassment to start up again.
