I guess profits are more important than honoring the customers desires. Oh wait...this regulation will do the exact opposite. When i took the time and effort to place my number on a "DO NOT CALL" list, I would expect that I WOULD NOT BE CALLED...ever. By invoking this, it is an outright insult to me and the thousands of others on the "DO NOT CALL" list. karma.
