A do-not-call list is just that: DO NOT CALL. I do not want pre-recorded calls from anyone, whether or not I have an "established business relationship" with them. The bank with whom I have an account called my cell phone regularly, four times daily, with the same pre-recorded message, and it took me hours of effort over several weeks to make it stop. This is particularly important for cell phone users: why should I have to pay for the minutes used by an incoming telemarketing call? Again, this is particularly irritating when I have specifically requested a do-not-call exemption for that phone number. I urge you to reconsider this measure, and not allow telemarketing to numbers on the do-not-call registry under any circumstances. Thank you.
