The whole point of the "Do Not Call" list is to NOT BE CALLED by people who want nothing but to sell you something. Why then would I want to actually be on a list that's given to people who want to sell me stuff? If I want to be called by a company, then I'll willingly give/leave my phone number to them. I don't want random people calling me just because they've gotten my number and enrolled me on their contact list because I used to shop at a store that went out of business and was sold to someone who then gave out the phone list. Please DO NOT change the rules of the do not call list. PLEASE!
