Comments:
This proposed rule to allow pre-recorded messages to be sent to people on the 'Do-Not-Call' list is absurd! The whole purpose of the 'Do-Not-Call' list is to try to cut down on unwanted telephone calls. People who actually put in the effort to be put on the list do not want to be annoyed by telemarketers, recorded or otherwise. This might make me change my telephones to an internet only service of some kind.
