I wish to comment on the opening of a loophole to allow for phome calls to numbers on the no-call-list, if the call is recorded. I am whole heartedly against such a change. There are too many ways that my family can currently be intruded upon. Allowing cold calls via automated messgaes opens the door to continuous harrassment.
