Do Not Call must remain DO-NOT-CALL including prerecorded messages. I reject all proposals to relax current regulations. My phone service is paid for by me and is not available for advertising disturbances. I have "opt-out" once and do not care to opt-out every day. The FCC rules should be revised to eliminate all nuisance calls, not relaxation by the FTC!
