Absolutely NOT. I put myself on the Do Not Call list because I did not want to be called. If the "Do Not Call" list is used in this way, perhaps a "really, I mean it, Do Not Call" list should then be established. And when that one is likewise abused, then a "Please, Please, I really, really desire not to be called" list can be made. It is clearly nonsense to create loopholes of this sort. Let the do-not-call list members endure the minor inconvenience of having to be contacted in writing, instead. Please identify the folks advocating this, so that as voters we can do our best to see that they are removed from any possible future position of influence. Thanks!
