Comments:
There should be less telemarketing, not more! Receiving unwanted calls is a violation of my privacy, if I want to speak to or purchase products or services from a company I will call them myself. If a company feels that it is extremely important to advertise to me there is always television, radio, and the postal service. Passing this rule is a win for telemarketers and a loss for American citizens.
