Please do not open any additional loopholes in the "do not call" rules. Please consider eliminating existing loopholes (e.g. political calls) as well. I personally do not want to receive ANY telemarking phone calls REGARDLESS of their nature. The fact that I included my phone number on the list originally should be sufficient proof of this. I imagine that the vast majority of others who also put their names on the list do not want ANY telemarkting phone calls as well. Those that do not mind telemarketing phone calls have a simple solution -- don't put your phone number on the list. Please do not weaken the rules further.
