Prerecorder messages are the most annoying of all. They can clog answering machines and provide no recourse -- pretty much like spam. If telemarketers want to call me, they should be required to use a live person so that I may then inform them that I will be moving my business elsewhere. Sending phone spam and hiding behind a prerecorded message is a very bad idea. It may even force more people to cut land lines and move toward cell phones for primary service.
