This is a horrible idea. The prerecorded call is the most offensive of the whole group of telephone solicitation calls. This will create maximum annoyance for minimum effect. The call abandonment policy was designed to keep marketers from "slamming" a policy determined to be illegal. These requested changes are so userous and obviously in clear conflict with popular public interest and desires to suggest to me that someone in your organization is grossly separated both from a basic understanding of the American public and the concept of democracy.
