This is a stupid idea. The idea of this list is to make sure that you do not get calls from telemarketer. There already exist several loopholes such as allowing government, charties and telemarketers which you had biz relation to be examped. I for one do not wish to widen this loophole. In addition, this pre-processed message, when will I receive them? If you intent on widening this loophole, I want this changed to make sure that the telemarketers have restricted calling time and option for not to be called again. The telemarketer are NOT ALLOWED to call during WEEKEND, HOLIDAYS and between (starting) 4pm to (end) 10am local time zone. In addition, the pre-processed message must include an option for not be called again. In addition, violators of this special loophole must be fined TRIPLE.
