I am most strongly AGAINST allowing 'pre-recorded' messages to be telephoned to consumers! If it was up to me, I would ban ALL phone call solicitations INCLUDING political messages. I find all these solicitation calls to be offensive and irritating. Some of them have tied up my phone line UNTIL the recording was done playing!!!!!! Do NOT allow this 'loop-hole' in the law to be opened. I don't believe that a businesses right to call me supercedes my right to NOT accept their calls. Duane De Vries
