I OPPOSE the proposed ammendment. Under NO conditions do I find ANY telemarketing calls acceptible. Please note that "established business relationship" is a vague phrase, potentially abused in many ways such as illicit collection and resale of such relationships to third parties for further abuse, as we see in the SPAM arena currently.
