PLEASE, do not change current law and allow this loophole to weaken the best thing I've seen happen so people can be left alone in their own homes. Even with the current Do Not Call List I still receive a few annoying phone calls but nothing like we used too. I don't care what the reason is, my phone is for my use, not for someone to invade my time and place of residence!! Thank you, Eric Virgin
