Allowing pre-recorded messages to be delivered to people based on the fact that they have added themselves to the Do-Not-Call list goes completely against the purpose/intent of the Do-Not-Call list! I don't want a telemarketer calling me, even if I have purchased something from them in the past, or they in some way believe that they have a pre-established business relationship with me. Allowing this to continue will mean that the D.N.C. list will be worthless.
