I read an article starting, "The agency overseeing the national Do Not Call Registry is considering opening a loophole to allow companies to deliver 'pre-recorded message telemarketing.' The effort is being organized by Allen Hile of the FTC's division of marketing practice." And thought I should let you know that I think that even though the proposed change specifies that recorded calls would be allowed only when an "established business relationship" exists, that provisions like that tend to be stretched to absurdity thus injuring the public and etc. Pleasechange the do not call list. But not in the way these jokers are requesting. Make it MORE difficult for marketing assholes to call the public. Some days I still get double digit calls, and I'm on the so called "do not call" list. What a joke. please don't make it worse. thanks.
