I am against any changes to this bill that would allow telemarketers to once again call without fear of penality. It took them a few years in NY to learn that the penalities would be enforced but they learned. I now enjoy not being woken up at 7 am by a telemarketer, or called after 10pm becuase the caller resided in a different timezone. I enjoy interruption free meals. Anything that would once again make phones more of a annoyance than a convience is not a good idea. Please do not allow this amendment. Thank you
