I feel that the described changes would alter existing law from its original intent. I feel that all unsolicited calls for the purose of leaving a message, recorded or otherwise, were seen (together with live calls) as an undue hardship by the legistaure and general public. You are proposing to, in some part, undo the legislated remedy. I therefore strongly urge all interested parties to reconsider.
