Please do not change the Do Not Call Registry to allow pre-recorded message telecommunication to anyone. Pre-recorded messages are every bit as annoying and untimely as unwanted personal sales calls. If I want to do business with a company by phone, I will call them. Allowing this loophole would be taking a step backwards! Do NOT lose the integrity of the Do Not Call Registry!!
