I am concerned about the phrase: "...to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller...." I believe this phrase subverts the intent of the not only the law, but the intent of protecting anyone's phone line from undue intrusions when the person has indicated a sincere desire to no longer be contacted by telephone solicitations. This sort of ammendment could only be the dream of a lobbyist or some sort of person who has no desire to carry out the original intent of the law.
