I am strongly opposed to the proposed change in telemarketing calls. We have enjoyed some peace and quiet since we have joined the "do not call" list. During the recent election, we received many calls per day from polling and/or campaign workers and I was reminded of how annoying unwanted calls are. Neither my husband or I appreciate phone calls other than from family members or those with a purpose of interest to us. And, nothing is more annoying than a recorded message which "eats up" voice mail capability, leaving no space for wanted or important calls. Please help us maintain our privacy and freedom of whom to receive calls from. Thank you.
