I added my name to the Do Not Call Registry because I DO NOT WANT ANY TELEMARKETER TO CALL ME. Whether the call is from a person or a machine does not matter. I don't want ANY such nuisance calls. Therefore, the SAFE HARBOR you propose will only be an UNWANTED interference in my personal life. Please do not allow this proposal to be initiated. Thank you
