This is a bad idea. I signed up on the Do Not Call List because I was tired of getting telemarketing calls. Now you propose a legal way around this list - effectively taking away the teeth of the law and opening up my line for more telemarketing calls. Do not pass this amendment. It makes a mockery of the original bill and its intent. Let me say it again, do not pass this amendment.
