NO! I do not want to receive calls from any company trying to sell me anything; regardless of any past business relationship. If I want to buy something from somebody, I will initiate the purchasing process. I pay for my phone and I view telemarketing as nothing more than tresspassing and an infringement upon my life (which I must pay for) and it must stop completely with no loopholes whatsoever.
