I am completely opposed to this proposed amendment. It essentially renders the Do Not Call list useless. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this be added. Unwanted calls are unwanted calls and this amendment would open the door and create even more frustration. With a live person it was bad enough, but you could tell them not to call again, with pre-recorded messages there is no one to tell not to call again. This is completely unacceptable. Jaime Wojick
