Please do not allow a loophole to exist in the "Do Not Call Registry" to allow certain "pre-recorded" advertisements to be delivered via the telemarketing industry. We consumers are constantly barraged by advertising and enough is enough. To allow any advertising under the DNC Registry would neuter it's effectiveness.
