Judging by the overwhelming response to the DO-NOT-CALL-LIST, of which I am a participant, I believe there will be another public outcry at this attempted further erosion of our privacy. I do business with several hundred retailers and as such, would be considered as having a business relationship with them. Neither myself or my wife would like to have our phone or answering machine inundated with gratuitous advertising from all of these firms. I am asking the Commision to uphold the spirit of the do not call list in its most strict interpretation. I wish to thank you for allowing me this oppurtunity to comment on the matter and you can be sure that I will call upon all my friends and co-workers to express their opinions to you.
