I am opposed to any change to the TSR that would permit any increase in contact with me. Every unauthorized caller compromises the value of my telephone. All business calls to my residence are unauthorized. All political and charity calls to my residence are unauthorized. Why are these calls unauthorized? They are unauthorized because (1) I listed both numbers on the do not call list; and, (2) I pay to have my numbers unlisted and I do not give out my unlisted numbers. Despite the fact that I do not list my numbers I still receive dozens of these calls every week. They fill my answering machines with garbage and delay or deny me my access to a service that I pay for. This is grossly unacceptable. The only change I want to see is an increase in the exclusion of parties that can call my numbers.
