Recorded telemarketing calls are even more annoying than actual telemarketers and they can be done as robotically as spam email. It is another way of electronic spamming. This loophole should ABSOLUTELT NOT BE ALLOWED to happen. It is already happening and I am disgusted with these unnecessary calls interrupting my day. I am totally against prerecorded message telemarketing. I am on a NO CALL list for a reason and No Call means NO CALL from any telemarketing scheme.
