Please do NOT amend the rules pertaining to prerecorded messages on our telephones. Instead, contact the FCC and ask them to amend their rules so that they agree with your rules. Additionally, amend your rules so that if someone does use a pre-recorded message for contact on a telephone, that if the called party hangs up with fifteen seconds, the caller is to consider the called party automatically placed on the do not call list.
