Dear Sir or Madam, I was very disturbed to hear about the proposed call abandonment safe harbor which would allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded messages. These prerecorded messages are some of the most invasive and annoying of telemarketing tools, flying in the face of common human deceny, and are precisely the type of nuisance that we had hoped the Do-Not-Call list would help us to avoid. Please reconsider this new harbor, and continue to prohibit such calls to numbers on the DNC list. Thank you, -Uriel Schafer
