Exceptions for the "Do Not Call Registry" should not be made for anyone, regardless of whether they have a "prior business relationship". Businesses must not be allowed to solicit commercial transactions from citizens secure in the privacy of their homes. Rather, for the good of the nation, it should only be allowed in the opposite direction. Thank you for hearing me out.
