Please do not allow this. It can negate all of the postive effects of the "Do Not Call List". Make it an "Opt-In" plan for existing customers of companies that want to call me unannounced. I deal with many companies, and it would be an excessive burden to go through each individual company's opt-out provisions. Thank you G W Alexander in Tucson
