I do not want to be disturbed by telemarketers at any time, for any reason. If there is an established business relationship, the company is free to communicate its offer or information to me by mail, when I can deal with it at my convenience. Telemarketing is, by its nature, inherently intrusive. I will personally act to sever a business relationship that is used to justify intrusive marketing, wherever possible. The value of the "Do-not-call" list is to warn telemarketers of my sensitivity. Do not diminish the value of the list by making the warning ambiguous.
